Capitals bring back Holecko

Edinburgh Capitals have secured the services of Peter Holecko for another season.

Richard Hartmann said, "Peter had a great start to the season and I wanted to add a core of players from last year we could build from and who knew my systems. Having 3 or 4 returning imports was always my plan to provide some consistency He can play wing or centre, is a popular player with the guys in the room and I expect him to have a very productive season for the Capitals. We are looking to add size and skill to our squad and a player like Peter can help compliment the different roles we may have to play next season. My main priorities to develop are the goalie, defence and remaining forwards and hope to have some more news on that after my return from a visit to Slovakia in the next 10 days.

Peter Holecko said, "I am happy to be returning to Edinburgh and working with Richard again. My injury last year set me back but I have fully recovered and looking forward to the season ahead."
