Capitals sign defenceman Goldie

Edinburgh Capitals have signed defenceman Frazer Goldie for the 2012/13 season. Frazer made a very positive impression on coach Richard Hartmann after signing for the club on a two way contract last season.

Richard Hartmann said, "Frazer is a good sized d man at 6' 1" and 205lbs and he will be a great addition to the club. Frazer has a lot of potential and I believe he will develop strongly this season as he adapts to training and playing in the Elite league."

Frazer Goldie, said "I am looking forward to my first full elite League season and really enjoyed the experience last year. I will be working hard over the summer to make sure I am ready and really looking forward to the challenge of playing at the higher level."
