Hi everyone, and welcome to our weekly blog which will feature player and team information both from myself and from the players themselves. As I mentioned in my press release on Monday, we were very upset with our results last week, however, we are hopeful that we can get healthy quickly and get two points against Nottingham on Sunday.
On the injury front, Jeff State has not practiced this week and is day-to-day. I hope he will be able to play Sunday. I expect both Luza and Bauba in the line-up. If State plays, it will be only the second time this season we have had a full team. That is something I am very much looking forward to.
Finally, I would like to thank all who made my parents visit to Scotland so special. I am sure they will be back.

Great idea having a blog! I felt we had been hit by an unfortunate run of injuries but thought I might just have my biased hat on. Hopefully the big man State will be in the line up. Again, top idea having a blog.
Brilliant idea to have a caps blog. im sure it will be good to hear what the players are thinking and feeling.
